Fall 2016 Global Health Symposium highlights ongoing CPH research abroad

The Center for Global Health is sponsoring a Fall Symposium, titled “Global Public Health at UGA: Croatia, Uganda, Puerto Rico and Nepal,” on Wed. Oct. 26 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the Wright Hall Annex on the UGA Health Sciences Campus.

The conference is organized around three sessions: 1) Current Challenges in Global Health; 2) Cancer and Infectious Disease and Global Health; 3) Environment and Global Health.

The symposium is free and open to the public, and attendees are are welcome to meet our visitors from Croatia during the breaks or after the conference. We particularly welcome the entire UGA community – faculty, students and staff to attend.
